Football wins.
Nuggets 27, Park Rapids 6.

It was a barnburner in the first half and no score at half time, but Hawley came out Showbox APK strong in the second half. After four touchdowns, Nuggets were victorious over the Park Rapids Panthers in the first game of the season. Looking forward to meeting up with Staples at home on Friday, September 7! Go Nuggets!


6th Annual Always Remember Me 5K Run/Walk

The 6th annual Always Remember Me 5K walk/run will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2012. The annual 5K is held in memory of Angi (Grani) Sorenson and 100% of proceeds will go to Dollars for Scholars at Hawley High school.

Registration begins at 9:30 AM and the run/walk begins at 10:00 AM.

The walk will start and finish at Hawley Elementary School, east entrance.

Cost is $10 per adult and $5 per child (12th grade and under).

Volleyball wins. Nuggets 3, Lake Park Audubon Raiders 1.

The Lady Nuggets did a great job tonight against the LPA Raiders. They won their first match 25-19. LPA came back to win the 2nd match with a close score of 27-25. In game 3 the Lady Nuggets dominated with a final score of 25-9 and continued their streak in the final game with a score of 25-15.
The Nuggets next game will be on Tuesday Sept. 4th at home against the Ulen-Hitterdal Spartans. The JV and B squad games start at 6:00 followed by the Varsity game at about 7:30. Come out and support our Volleyball Team!!

Hawley Nugget volleyball team will be hosting Lake Park Audubon on Thursday, August 30 at the High School Gym. Match starts at 7:30 PM.

Western Minnesota Steam Threshers Reunion Labor Day Weekend

Western Minnesota Steam Threshers Reunion will be held Friday, August 31 through Monday, September 3 in Rollag, MN.

Enjoy entertainment and rides from dusk until dawn! Check out the International Harvester Expo this year.

Kids 14 and under are free. A daily pass is $12 and a season pass is $20.
