Hawley’s One Act Play won the Subsection & continues in Section competition. Join them tonight (Fri.) at 6 pm or tomorrow at 9 am. We’d appreciate some hometown laughter & support!

Almost, Maine by John Cariani examines how love surprises us – just like the northern lights. There are four scenes (nine in the original script), all examining the unexpected (and sometimes very funny) ways humans fall in love. The play is often described as “a delightful midwinter night’s dream.” We’d appreciate the laughter and support of a home audience tomorrow – it’s a tough section competition.

NYTimes – “ a whimsical approach to the joys and perils of romance. Magic happenings bloom beneath the snowdrifts”
